Returns, Refunds and Cancellation:
Cancelling an order
Only orders that haven’t left the fulfillment center can be canceled. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier. We will refund your order after it is received at our fulfilment centre. You can also send an email or text our customer care team on whatsapp to cancel the order.
Please note the matter cannot be dealt in consumer grievance court until products are returned to us.
No orders can be cancelled in products which are a part of a sale or special drops
Return Process
All returns requests must be received within 5 days of delivery. Only defective products can be returned. We request you to send us an email along with photos and videos of the product malfunction on nehal@indiarecordco.in .
Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request.
Please provide your product details and the reason for your return, so we can keep improving. Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation via SMS and email.

Returns with Promo Code or Discount
If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.
Refunds
If you had opted for cash on delivery at the time of purchase, please provide your bank details in “My Accounts” section while placing the return request. You may also send the following details from your registered email id to initiate your refund:
- Order #
- Full name (as per your bank account)
- Your bank account number
- Your bank’s name and IFSC code
Alternatively you can also share your UPI id.
Orders and Tracking:
Split Shipments
Sometimes, we ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster, therefore, one of the shipments may arrive in advance another.
Order Delays or Cancellations
We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at hola@indiarecordco.in with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.
Orders Cancelled by India Record Co.
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- The item is damaged in transit
We will refund the amount to your account in such cases.

Damaged on Arrival
If your order has tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing hola@indiarecordco.in
Payments:
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available as a payment option in most of the pin codes we deliver to at an additional fee of 50rs.
Online Payments
We support all major domestic and international credit cards, debit cards, wallets and banks for net banking.
